CONTRACTING WITH STATE AGENCIES
You should not have to navigate complex state contracting alone. We help you:

- Complete the contracting process with the appropriate state agencies
Our goal is to make it as straightforward as possible for your organization to become an approved CalAIM provider.
Claims submission and payment support
Once your contracts are in place, we help you turn your work into timely payment. We:
- Submit claims on your behalf for covered CalAIM services
- Help ensure claims are accurate and complete
- Work to reduce denials and delays in payment

Care Delivery Models
Enhanced Care Management (ECM)
ECM focuses on people with the most complex medical, behavioral, and social needs. We support organizations that:
- Coordinate care across multiple providers
- Help patients navigate housing, behavioral health, and social services
- Provide ongoing, person-centered care management
Community Support (CS) Services
Community Supports help address non-medical needs that strongly affect health, such as housing and nutrition. We support organizations offering services such as (depending on your specific programs):
- Housing-related supports
- Medically tailored meals or food assistance
- Supportive community-based services
Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation
Clinics who offer a structured environment where patients receive personalized treatment plans that may include medical detox, individual and group therapy, counseling, and ongoing recovery support. We bill with accuracy and attention to detail so you can focus on delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring a smooth and transparent revenue cycle.
You could benefit from working with us if you find the CalAIM and Medi-Cal rules confusing or overwhelming, do not have internal staff dedicated to contracting and claims, or want to expand ECM and Community Support services but are worried about getting paid correctly.
